In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the x77 platform, creating an account, or using any of the Services offered by x77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with x77's Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies applicable to specific games, promotions, or services published on the platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an x77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Each Player may hold only one active x77 account. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, payment method, household address, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any additional details requested by x77. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x77 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify x77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. x77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your x77 account at any time by contacting support. Requests are processed after all pending transactions are resolved. Alternatively, players may utilise the self-exclusion tool available in account settings.

As part of x77's obligations under its international gaming license, all players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) prior to processing their first withdrawal and at any point where x77's compliance team deems verification necessary.

Accepted Identity Documents

• Valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Valid Pakistani Passport

Deposit Processing

• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank: Processed within 1–3 business hours depending on banking infrastructure availability.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed instantly subject to card issuer approval.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your x77 account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and player account tier. x77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Declined Deposits

x77 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Funds from declined deposits are returned to the originating payment method.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their x77 account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the account dashboard.
• No open or unsettled bets remain that would affect the withdrawable balance.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements on the balance being withdrawn have been fully satisfied.
• The account is in good standing with no pending compliance review.

Withdrawal Methods & Timelines

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. x77 targets these timelines but cannot guarantee them in all cases due to third-party banking processing schedules.

x77 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; incomplete wagering results in automatic bonus cancellation.

Bonus Abuse

x77 maintains zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk or near-zero-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinated bonus exploitation between multiple players. Where bonus abuse is detected, x77 reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses, void winnings derived from those bonuses, and permanently close the player's account without prior notice.

Bonus Fund Priority

Where a Player holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds simultaneously, Real Money Funds are used first for all wagers, unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. x77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

All games and betting markets available on x77 are subject to the individual game rules published within the game interface or help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before wagering. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

Technical Malfunctions

x77 strives to maintain uninterrupted service; however, technical faults may occur. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting a live game, x77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during that round to the participating players. Winnings generated during a provable malfunction are not valid and will not be honoured.

Betting Integrity

x77 operates under international gaming license obligations that require monitoring for betting irregularities. In cricket betting and other sports markets, x77 cooperates with integrity monitoring organisations and reserves the right to void bets suspected of being placed with knowledge of inside information or in relation to match-fixing activity.

Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game or betting market are displayed within the game interface. These limits may differ across game categories and player account tiers. x77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x77 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account while under the age of 21.
• Registering or operating more than one x77 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for financial advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to x77 support immediately.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity.
• Colluding with other players on any game including poker, live casino, or any team-based gaming format.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting x77 to resolve the disputed transaction in good faith.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or Terms enforcement.

x77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all areas of its platform. Gaming should always remain a form of entertainment. x77 recognises that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and the platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players can set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to prevent spending beyond their self-defined budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts can be configured to notify players when they have been active on the platform for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players can request a short-term break from gaming of 24 hours, 48 hours, or up to 7 days without full account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Players experiencing problematic gambling behaviour can self-exclude from x77 for periods ranging from 30 days to indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the account is inaccessible and all marketing communications are suspended. Indefinite self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

No Player or visitor to the x77 platform is granted any licence, right, or permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any x77 intellectual property without the prior written consent of x77. Unauthorised use of x77's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Game titles and content provided by third-party game studios available on x77 are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by x77 under licence. All rights are reserved by those respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x77 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage of any nature, howsoever arising.
• Platform unavailability, service interruptions, or technical failures where these are caused by circumstances beyond x77's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any decisions made by a Player based on information available on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional communications.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit x77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by x77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

x77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to taking effect, where operationally feasible. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the x77 platform after any amendments to these Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting x77 support. x77 recommends reviewing this page periodically, particularly before making deposits or withdrawals.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x77 holds its international gaming license, without reference to conflict of law principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and x77, the following process applies:
